Debbie is the Founding Executive Director of The Cyber Guild Foundation, established in 2020 in the belief that the world will be more secure where people are empowered to connect through technology.

The Cyber Guild works to shape an inclusive cybersecurity workforce by activating leaders and advancing women through education and community building. The signature conference Uniting Women In Cyber is the premier diversity in cyber conference in the GWA.
A global leadership career of over 15 years Debbie was the youngest female executive appointment in one of the world's leading defense organizations. A successful career paved the way to focus on work that inspires leaders to build a legacy that empowers others.

She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Technology Advancement Center a non-profit providing critical support to US government's most pressing cybersecurity defense challenges, a board advisor for Evans and Chambers, a software development company, and an active board member of The Washington Centre who create immersive pathways to enhance the talent pipeline and build more inclusive workplaces.

Debbie's story is an example of translating career leadership success to work that is based on personal values and a passion to connect people and build community. She has been recognized by Who’s Who and CIO Business publications for her work in building inclusive community in cybersecurity.
