ICIT Welcomes Benjamin J. Aaron Faulkner, Founder and CEO, SERVISS LLC as a New ICIT Fellow

Aaron Faulkner is the Founder and CEO of SERVISS LLC, a HUBZone-certified cybersecurity and IT consulting firm headquartered in Western Maryland, supporting U.S. federal civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies. He is also a co-founder and strategic leader at Tychon.io, a cybersecurity software company focused on automated cryptographic discovery, inventory, and quantum readiness, and a partner and investor in SureStack.ai, which addresses systemic misconfiguration risk in enterprise cybersecurity tools through a combination of artificial intelligence and human expertise. Previously, Aaron held senior executive leadership roles at major federal systems integrators, including serving as Managing Director and Cybersecurity Practice Lead at Accenture Federal Services.


Aaron brings more than two decades of experience operating at the intersection of technology, policy, and national security, with a career focused on translating federal mandates into practical, scalable cybersecurity outcomes. His work spans large-scale cyber defense programs, mission data platforms, and enterprise modernization efforts, with an emphasis on risk reduction, compliance, and operational resilience across critical government systems.


A recognized voice on post-quantum cryptography and emerging technology risk, Aaron regularly advises public- and private-sector leaders on preparing institutions for quantum-era threats and other systemic cyber risks. He emphasizes pragmatic approaches that strengthen national cyber resilience while maximizing the value of existing government and industry investments.

As an ICIT Fellow, Aaron contributes a practitioner’s perspective to policy discourse, advancing informed, actionable approaches to cybersecurity, emerging technology governance, and national security resilience.
